S/SS TRENDS 2023

For spring and summer 2023, there are a few key trends that are expected to dominate the fashion scene.

From what I've seen so far, the fashion trends for spring and summer 2023 are looking exciting and fresh. One trend that seems to be making a comeback is pastels, with soft shades of pink, green, and baby blue being seen on the runways. These colours are perfect for spring and add a feminine touch to any outfit.

Another trend that's emerging is the return of statement accessories, with oversized hats, chunky jewellery, and bold bags being seen in many collections. This trend is a great way to add some personality to your outfit and make a statement without going overboard.

In terms of clothing, oversized and relaxed silhouettes seem to be a popular choice for both casual and formal wear. Flowy dresses, wide-leg trousers, and oversized blazers are all in fashion this season, and they are perfect for staying comfortable while still looking stylish.

Finally, sustainability is becoming more and more important in the fashion industry, and many brands are incorporating eco-friendly fabrics and production methods into their designs. I'm excited to see this trend continue to grow and become a more significant focus in the fashion industry in the coming years. With that, there are several women's sustainable fashion brands that I'm excited to watch in 2023. One brand that has been making waves in the industry is Stella McCartney. They have been a leader in sustainable fashion for years and continue to push the boundaries with their innovative designs and eco-friendly production methods.

Another brand to watch is Mara Hoffman, which uses sustainable materials like organic cotton and recycled polyester in their designs. They are also committed to ethical and fair labor practices, which is a crucial aspect of sustainability.

Reformation is another brand that's worth mentioning, as they are known for their stylish, feminine pieces that are made using sustainable fabrics and production methods. They also have a "Carbon is Cancelled" program that offsets the carbon footprint of their production and shipping processes.

Finally, I'm excited to see what Amour Vert has in store for 2023. This brand focuses on creating beautiful, timeless pieces using sustainable materials and ethical labor practices. They are committed to reducing waste and have a program in place where they plant a tree for every t-shirt sold.

Overall, these women's sustainable fashion brands are leading the charge in creating beautiful, high-quality clothing while also prioritizing the planet and people. I can't wait to see what they have in store for 2023.
